Project Scope

Wherever you’re headed, let’s get there together.

Lyft, a well-known ride sharing app, needed a Benefits Guide for their employees. They also wanted the ability to edit the Benefits Guide so it could be changed from time to time. The solution for this would be a CMS design.

We came up with a UX/UI that would make the process easy and intuitive. We split the Benefits Guide into sections so the client would move from step to step. This would give the user a summarized idea of the time and effort that would be needed to fully add a new guide. Plus by compartmentalizing the process, it would be less cluttered.

Lyft, which is known for their distinct brand and pink colors, needed to adopt this same look and feel to the Benefits Guide so it gave proper representation of the company.

About Lyft

Lyft is a mobile application that focuses primarily on ride-sharing. It currently has the second largest market share, next to Uber.

The company was launched in the summer of 2012 by computer programmers Logan Green and John Zimmer. They are based in San Francisco, California and operates in 644 cities in the United States and 12 cities in Canada. Lyft also offers motorized scooters, a bicycle-sharing system, and food delivery.
